Apostles of Jesus

The Missionary Congregation of the Apostles of Jesus are currently in Atyak Parish and in Alokolum

Brothers of St. Martin de Porres (SMB)

The St. Martin Brothers are working at Angelo Negri Primary and Secondary school and have their formation house in Layibi.

Comboni Missionaries

The Comboni Missionaries are currently in the following parishes of the Archdiocese of Gulu. Holy Rosary, Layibi, Kitgum Mission, Opit, Kalongo, Omiya Anyima, Comboni Technical School, Lacor Hospital.

Little Sisters of Mary Immaculate of Gulu.

Founded by Bishop Angelo Negri, a Comboni Missionary in 1937, the Little Sisters of Mary Immaculate of Gulu are working in the following parishes of the Archdiocese

Amuru, Pabo, Lacor, Anaka, Cathedral, Holy Rosary, Opit, Kitgum Mission, Padibe, St. Mauritz, Pajule, Patongo, and Kalongo.

They are also working in the following institutions: Lacor Hospital, Kitgum St. Joseph's Hospital, Kalongo, St. Josephine Bakhita Kalongo

Marian Brothers

The Marian Brothers have a community in Gulu Cathedral Parish and are working in the St. Isidore Diocesan Farm.

Sacred Heart Sisters

With their mother house in Moyo, the Sacred Heart Sisters are working at St. Monica tailoring school in Gulu town and have a students' community in Gulu Cathedral Parish.

Salesians

The Missionaries of Don Bosco (Salesians) came to the Archdiocese of Gulu in 2010 and live at Holy Cross sub parish in Holy Rosary Parish, but minister at Atede Subparish.

Sisters of St. Joseph.

The Motherhouse of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet is located in the United States of America. Since June of 2008 three Sisters have formed a community in the Gulu Cathedral Parish area. These Sisters currently serve in the Pastoral Coordinator's Office, in Christ the King Primary Teachers’ College and St. Joseph Primary School, and in St. Mauritz Health Centre.

The Sisters of the United Hearts of Jesus and Mary have a community in Pabo Parish, where they are ministering

Society of Jesus
